Mock Angel Food Cake

I have been negligent in my blogging duties. I am ready to go with some more recipes. I have recently been through some personal problems so you will have to forgive me.
So here's to Spring and a new start!
Mock Angel Food Cake (good)
2 cups of Milk (boiled)
4 egg whites
2 cups of sugar
3 cups of flour
4 teaspoons of baking powder
Sift dry ingredients five times. Boil milk and cool, then add dry ingredients, then stiffly beat in egg whites.
That's all that was on this card so do I bake it or what...more research is needed. Feel free to post suggestions.
